The Hidden Language of Yoga - Michael Mc Cann

2 December 2017

Each yoga asana has a meaning; it communicates on a non-verbal level, and has a symbolic meaning, whether it be in the form of an animal, plant, bird, or geometrical shape.

The same can be said of the body, the breath, the hands, fingers, all of which are symbols; as well as the archetypal images used in Yoga Nidra, whether a river, a lake, a mountain, an eagle, a rose, a rainbow etc.

This workshop is open to any student of yoga interested in exploring a deeper understanding of yoga and its fascinating symbology.

In this workshop we will explore many of the symbols of Yoga and what they are saying to us and you will come away with a renewed sense of wonder and insight into the “hidden language of Yoga”.
