Yoga for Anxiety & Stress Workshop - Elaine Magowan

In this workshop we will learn about stress and anxiety and how it affects the whole body and mind.

Armed with that knowledge we will utilise yoga postures ,exploring their support of an anxious stressed body to enable the freeing of the breath and slowing down of the mind.

Through specific breath work we will learn how to change the state of the nervous system shifting it from fight/flight to rest and relax. With mindful awareness we will learn how to re-frame the way that we look at things so that by the end of the workshop you will have tools to support you with mindful application in everyday situations.

This workshop is open to all levels!
