This class is a fusion of yoga and pilates. Students of yoga will be aware that it gives an overall workout to the body, stretching and strengthening gently while mobilising all of the major joints in the body. Pilates is a system which focuses on strengthening the 'core' muscles -  deep muscles of the  abdomen, back and pelvic floor. These are the muscles that affect correct posture, how we walk and offer support to a strong back.
