Do I need a yoga mat or equipment?

Santosha Yoga Studio is a fully equipped studio where students can use our mats, belts, blocks, bolsters and eye-bags. We do recommend however that you should purchase at the very least your own yoga mat. While our mats are washed regularly personal hygiene would dictate that it`s much better to have your own mat.
