The more often you do something the more adept, proficient and familiar you will become with it. This is also true of yoga. However, given the competing demands that we all have in our daily lives time constraints may mean that we can`t practice as often as we like. The important thing is to establish the habit of a regular practice, initially this is usually once a week. As you begin to feel the benefit of a regular practice you will be conscious of the positive impact that yoga is having on you and you will then perhaps free up more time to attend another class(es).
