The New Year is an auspicious time for the practice of Yoga - out with the old and in with the new, as the saying goes. A time to look back and reflect certainly, but not dwell in the past, a time to look ahead, without projecting too far forward so taking time to be `present`will be a core theme.
We will explore a varied asana, pranayama and meditation practice to energize the body and still the mind - this will be our gateway into 2024!
Utilizing multiple props as well as partner work you will add real depth to your practice.
This workshop IS NOT suitable for new students to yoga, a minimum of 2 years experience is required and numbers will be limited so please book early to avoid disappointment!
