Level Two

The Level Two course expands on topics already introduced on the 200 hour diploma course as well as introducing new ones.

• It is open to already qualified yoga teachers. Subjects covered will include asana, pranayama, bandha, mudra, subtle anatomy, yoga nidra / deep relaxation and meditation.
• These subjects will be complemented by enhancing your teaching skills and how to prevent injury in asana practice.

• The course is experiential as opposed to assessment based and is ideal for those students who would like to consolidate their personal practice and understanding of this ancient art.
  
• Refined teaching skills are an integral element of the course and provide students with an opportunity to fine tune and enhance already existing skills. 
• Regular group discussions allow students to address issues in an informal setting that may present themselves in a general class.

Cost: Students can avail of one of our payment plans which help spread the cost of the course over a number of months.

Plan 1 - The overall cost of the course is £945 - a non - refundable deposit of £150  followed by 4 x payments of £198.75.

Plan 2 - Students can pay for the course in a one-off payment which if paid in full on or before the first training day amounts to an overall cost of £895 giving a discount of £50.
