This is one of the worlds largest schools of Yoga. This system follows a fixed structure which includes the practice of breathing, classic asana and relaxation. It is very supportive of and appropriate for beginners. The science of Yoga applies itself to all aspects of life. Initially it begins to work on the outer most aspect of the personality - the physical body - and through regular practice promotes co - ordination of the various bodily functions so that they work for the good of the whole body.
