Santosha Yoga Studio warmly welcomes Sarah to present her signature Workshop on Yoga for Menopause. This half day event is devoted to educating you on how to use yoga through physical practices, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to support you through your perimenopause and menopause journey.
Beginning with a short talk on menopause and the symptoms associated with it, we will move on to our physical practice blending gentle flow with yin and restorative yoga. Tea and light snacks as well as information sheets and practical symptom checker tools are also provided for your use.

Sarah qualified with her 200 hour certificate in Santosha Yoga Training and established Yoga with Sarah in February 2017. A Mum of 4, Sarah has a special interest in Yoga for Women's Health with additional Yoga Alliance recognised training in Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal and Baby Yoga as well as an Advanced 100 hour Certificate in The Art of Stillness incorporating Meditation, Yin and Restorative Yoga. This year Sarah has also completed specialised training in Yoga for Menopause and uses her tools and knowledge to support women in her classes.
Known for her warmth and humour, Sarah's easy style of teaching makes everyone who walks onto their mat with her feel at ease. This will be a morning not to be missed for anyone in or approaching menopause.
